Häromdagen var Hanna och jag och såg musikalen Jesus christ superstar på Göra Lejon.

På vägen dit fick jag punka på min Brompton. Efter föreställningen bestämde vi oss för att Hanna skulle ta min punkterade fällcykel på tunnelbanan och jag skulle ta Hannas cykel hem, (Medborgarplatsen-Odenplan).

När jag kommer hem, slår jag mig för bröstet över att cykel går fortare än tunnelbana. Hanna dröjer nästan en hel kvart innan hon dyker upp.

Hon berättar argt, när hon kommer hem, att tunnelbaneföraren körde ut henne ur tåget p.g.a. cykeln. Eftersom vi tagit med våra ihopfällbara cyklar (speciellt jag) i SL-trafiken, utan problem, i över tre år, fattade hon till en början inte att det var hennes cykel chauffören syftade på när han ropade ut i högtalarna: ”Vi åker inte förrän cyklisten gått av.”

När hon fattade gick hon ur vagnen för att gå fram och prata med föraren. Det ska tilläggas att hon satt i första vagnen och det var inte många meter fram till föraren. När hon ropade på honom gick han bara in i hytten och körde iväg.

Fällcyklar är tillåtna på tunnelbanan. Det finns heller inga undantag som säger att du inte får ha med din hopfällbara cykel vissa tidpunkter.

Föraren har förmodligen varit dåligt påläst om, vad som gäller och inte gäller, för denna sortens fordon på tågen.

Jag blir skitarg och ringer upp SL:s kundtjänst för att klaga. Det finns många partier, i riksdagen, som menar att man, likt andra storstäder i Europa, ska ha möjlighet att ta med sin fullstora cykel i Metron …och nu sätter en okunnig förare stopp för en liten Brompton berättar jag, upprört men konstruktivt i luren.

Hon frågar mig om vilken tid och vart tåget gick. Jag blir trevligt bemött och hon lovar att skicka klagomålet vidare. Precis som jag redan visste är det fullt tillåtet, alla tider på dygnet, att ta med sin ihopfällbara cykel på både bussar och tåg inom SL.

Skärpning SL. Vi ska utveckla kollektivtrafiken och införa fler och bättre miljösmarta alternativ att resa på – inte färre.

  10. Råkade ut för detsamma. Efter samtal med kundtjänst vet jag nu att det är bara hopfällbara utan kedja(finns väl knappt!) som man får ta med oavsett tid. Hopfällbar med kedja är att betrakta som vanlig cykel. Står inget om kedjan på SLs hemsida så jag hoppas att de förtydligar där. Ytterst pinsamt blev det i alla fall….

  12. Kan vi gemensamt hjälpas åt? Skicka in till kundtjänst på SL och begär ett förtydligande på hemsidan så att det står att detta gäller hopfällbar cykel oavsett om den har kedja eller inte. Om inte detta står så kommer okunniga förare och i mitt fall även SLs kundtjänst fortsätta att hävda att hopfällbar med kedja inte är tillåtet.     De blandar säkert ihop hopfällbar med barncykel där kedja är otillåtet.

    Att kundtjänst ger dig fel info om vad som gäller är bara för dåligt. Tror dock att det är en engångsföreteelse.
